RupeeExpert

Editorial Policy

The standards we hold our content to.

Last updated: 20 June 2026

RupeeExpert exists to explain money clearly and accurately. This policy describes how we produce content and the principles we will not compromise on.

Originality

All content on RupeeExpert is written from scratch. We take inspiration from how topics are commonly taught, but we do not copy or closely paraphrase any other publication. Plagiarism is not tolerated.

Accuracy and research

We research each topic from primary and reputable sources — for example official material from the Income Tax Department, SEBI, the RBI, and fund or exchange documentation. Figures such as tax slabs and rates are dated to a specific financial year, because they change with each Union Budget. Where rules are nuanced, we say so rather than oversimplifying.

Educational, not advisory

Our content is educational. We do not give personalized advice or recommend specific products for individual readers. Articles dealing with markets, investing, or technical indicators carry clear disclaimers to that effect.

Independence from advertisers

Advertising and affiliate relationships never determine our editorial conclusions. We write the same explanation whether or not a product is an advertiser. Advertising is disclosed — see our Advertiser Disclosure.

Corrections

We update articles as rules change and fix errors promptly when they are pointed out. Substantive corrections are reflected in the article's “last updated” date. If you spot a mistake, please tell us via our contact page.

Use of AI tools

We may use software tools, including AI, to assist with drafting and research. All published content is checked for accuracy and clarity before it goes live, and RupeeExpert takes responsibility for everything it publishes.
